This was a lovely late summer engagement shoot on the northeast coast of Tynemouth near Newcastle. I photographed Chloe, Joseph and their beautiful dog Lucy first on King Edwards Bay before moving on to a smaller, more seclusive beach on the other side of Tynemouth Priory and Castle. The weather was perfect, with the sun getting lower in the sky for that lush golden hour.

Chloe and Joseph were a wonderful couple to shoot. They were very easy going and made the most of the opportunity. Tynemouth is probably my go to area for engagement shoots now! I love it.

I delivered the photos around week later and this was Chloe’s response - “We honestly adore them, so much happiness captured ❤ thank you so so much!”. I never tire of reading feedback like this.

Chloe and Joseph are getting married at Doxford Barns in March and I am very much looking forward to their wedding!
