As you are getting married, you have a lot on your plate. Therefore, I like to make my prices and services as simple as possible. There are no hidden charges.
Moments do not begin and end at specific times at weddings! Therefore, I will arrive nice and early and photograph your day from start to finish once all goodbyes are done, at no extra cost.

A pre-wedding consultation chat via Skype/Zoom or preferably face to face to get to know you better and talk more about your wedding day. This is just a free chat so there’s no obligation!

This will be a 1-2 hour shoot in a location of your choice. It is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to be comfortable with me pointing a camera at you!

Me capturing the full wedding day. From Bridal & Groom Preparation right through to and including the Evening Reception, First Dance & Party Time!

A USB Stick of fully and individually edited photos at full resolution, ready to print (around 500 +) and will be sent to you in a beautiful personalised wedding box set

Photographs will be available via an online gallery which will be password protected, so you can share at your pleasure

Travel costs are included for County Durham, North Yorkshire, Tyne and Wear. Further travel within the UK, Europe and international will have an additional cost

Each photo is personally edited by me. They are NOT edited in bulk to save time as each photo is unique. There will be no watermarks and you will be provided photos for online and for printing

I offer engagement photo sessions. This is a wonderful option for a couple that may not be too comfortable in front of the camera or want some natural loving shots in a location of your choice. This is also a great way for us to meet in person.
The price is £200 for a 2 hour shoot. There is no obligation to book me as your wedding photographer after this, but if you do, you will get £100 cashback.

While the micro-packages offer the same fantastic benefits as the full-day coverage option, they are specifically designed for shorter events and exclude certain items indicated with the asterisk.
Each micro-package includes travel within the County Durham, North Yorkshire and Tyne and Wear areas.
Please note that a travel fee for locations beyond County Durham, North Yorkshire, and Tyne and Wear will apply. Additionally, for a more personalised touch, you can add a personal photo package at an additional cost of £100.

As wedding trends evolve towards more intimate and personalised celebrations, I have introduced micro-packages designed to cater to various wedding day styles.
These packages suit smaller, more intimate settings such as town halls or smaller venue ceremonies.

Ideally yes. This is an excellent opportunity for us to review your day and ensure we are on the same page. If a meeting is difficult, we can chat over Zoom instead. We can also go over any questions that you may have and chat in more detail about what you want to get from your photos. Furthermore, I offer a free engagement shoot to all my couples when booking a full-day package, or if you prefer a family shoot, and this is a great way to get used to being in front of the camera.

While I’m primarily based in the North East, I’m more than willing to travel to your chosen wedding location. Travel within the UK mainland is free when you book a full-day package.
Please note that accommodation, if required, can be discussed separately. Additional travel expenses may apply for micro-packages beyond the County Durham, North Yorkshire and Tyne & Wear areas.

It would be greatly appreciated if a meal could be arranged for me during the reception of a full day booking. This will allow me to recharge and be at my best to capture every special moment.

I’m committed to providing your photos promptly, though the timeline may vary based on my schedule and the volume of photos captured.
To kickstart your post-wedding joy, I'll always share around 10 photos the day after, allowing you to share them as you wish.
Following this, you can expect the entire collection in approximately 8 weeks, sometimes even sooner.
Your images will be accessible via a secure online gallery with a password.

I take a 25% deposit on booking to reserve your day; the remaining balance is then due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

This depends on the package, but I aim to deliver over 500 high-resolution images for a full day. Remember though, quality over quantity!

Insurance - Rest assured, I carry Public Liability Insurance, and if you’d like to receive a copy, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Contract - To ensure everyone’s peace of mind, we’ll go through a contract together, addressing any concerns or questions you may have.
Photo credit - I encourage you to share the photos however you like, but kindly remember to credit me as your photographer.
