As you are getting married, you have a lot on your plate. Therefore, I like to make my prices and services as simple as possible. There are no hidden charges.
Below is a breakdown of the photography packages. Each package is designed for a type of wedding, from smaller, more intimate weddings that may only require a few hours of coverage, to the ultimate full day package where I start and leave pretty much when you want me to!

The ultimate package. No time limit. I arrive and leave when you like! No moment is missed. Great if you want those messy dance floor shots for your big wedding!

A great option if you want a second photographer to capture even more images. A second shooter is a great asset for a wedding photographer, as they also help organise guests and can also capture social media content if required.

Ideally yes. This is an excellent opportunity for us to review your day and ensure we are on the same page. If a meeting is difficult, we can chat over Zoom instead. We can also go over any questions that you may have and chat in more detail about what you want to get from your photos. Furthermore, I offer a free engagement shoot to all my couples when booking a full-day package, or if you prefer a family shoot, and this is a great way to get used to being in front of the camera.

While I’m primarily based in the North East, I’m more than willing to travel to your chosen wedding location. Travel within the UK mainland is free when you book a full-day package.
Please note that accommodation, if required, can be discussed separately. Additional travel expenses may apply for micro-packages beyond the County Durham, North Yorkshire and Tyne & Wear areas.

It would be greatly appreciated if a meal could be arranged for me during the reception of a full day booking. This will allow me to recharge and be at my best to capture every special moment.

I’m committed to providing your photos promptly, though the timeline may vary based on my schedule and the volume of photos captured.
To kickstart your post-wedding joy, I'll always share around 10 photos the day after, allowing you to share them as you wish.
Following this, you can expect the entire collection in approximately 8 weeks, sometimes even sooner.
Your images will be accessible via a secure online gallery with a password.

I take a 25% deposit on booking to reserve your day; the remaining balance is then due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

This depends on the package, but I aim to deliver over 500 high-resolution images for a full day. Remember though, quality over quantity!

Insurance - Rest assured, I carry Public Liability Insurance, and if you’d like to receive a copy, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Contract - To ensure everyone’s peace of mind, we’ll go through a contract together, addressing any concerns or questions you may have.
Photo credit - I encourage you to share the photos however you like, but kindly remember to credit me as your photographer.
